Use of the App

Color Study is a tool for artists and designers to analyze colors in reference images. You may use the app for personal and commercial creative work.

Your Content

You retain all rights to images you open in Color Study. The app processes images locally on your device and does not claim any ownership of your content.

In-App Purchase

Color Study offers optional premium features through a one-time purchase (Color Study Pro):

• On iOS: Payment is processed securely through the App Store (Apple)
• On Android: Payment is processed securely through Google Play Store
• On Web: Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• This is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium features permanently
• On mobile, your purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on any device
• On web, your purchase is tied to your email account
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's, Google's, or Stripe's refund policies depending on your platform

Free Features

Basic color picking and palette creation features are available for free. Premium features such as advanced visualizations and exports require the Pro upgrade.

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
