How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used for the original purchase. On mobile, this is your Apple ID or Google account. On web, sign in with the same email address.

Are my images uploaded anywhere?

No. All image processing happens locally on your device. Your photos never leave your device and we have no access to them.

How do I use the color picker?

Long-press anywhere on your image to activate the color picker. You can then drag to sample colors in real-time. Release to place a marker, or drag off the image to cancel.

What's included in Color Study Pro?

Pro unlocks unlimited color extractions, Value Maps, Notan visualization, Color Temperature analysis, Simplified Shapes, and the ability to export all visualizations.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds depend on where you purchased:

The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please email us with details about what's happening, your device model, and screenshots if possible. We're happy to help troubleshoot!

Color Study is available on the web at colorstudy.app, on iOS via the App Store, and on Android via Google Play.
